LowTow is a tow truck dispatching app for fast, reliable tows in
minutes—day or night. There’s no need to have your car broke down calling
around for the lowest priced tow only to wait a long time for your vehicle to
be towed; it’s not safe. With LowTow, you just tap to request a tow, and it’s
easy to pay with credit or cash.
No matter where your vehicle breaks down, there’s a tow truck in the area
waiting to get you out of harm’s way fast. LowTow is currently only available
in Indianapolis and it’s metro area’s with plans to expand to other cities in
the near future
Requesting your LowTow is easy—here’s how it works:
- Just open the app and tell us where you’re going.
- The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up.
- You’ll pick the type of tow truck you need for your vehicle, and can track
their arrival on the map.
- The app will connect you to the driver by phone and identify them with a
picture at that time
- Payment can be made by credit card, cash in select cities, Android Pay,
PayPal, and more.
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us
improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.
